  Only reason a 1 is had to post. This was such a sad experience I have better and quicker service getting my teenager do things then here 20 minutes to get a shake and soft serve ice cream in a cup and had to remind staff I was still waiting.

  Been going here a couple times a month for about 10 years . I have watched the service go downhill. a sad thing. the people were nice 10 years ago and cared. now they seem to feel that the customer is a bother to them. they dont understand where their paychecks come from i guess.
  recently the service has been so bad i always am tempted to ask them "I am sorry have you something better to be doing right now? I hate to bother you." the food is fine. same old same old. though the likelihood of a correct order is almost a coin toss now. they just don't care. And slow does not begin to describe them. i worked in a bk as a kid in the Twin Cities. We had more business between 2 and 4 pm than they have all day and we still averaged 20 seconds for every meal. these guys are lucky if they hit 5 minutes most days that i am there.

  Worker at the window was rude, I ordered for 2. One ten piece chicken nugget, one chicken fry. Our meals came with literally one bbq sauce in the bag. For both of us to share??? Drinks had no ice in them at all. Food was cold. Plus, they made us wait on fries for 15 minutes that came out cold...? It makes no sense! This place has gone down hill badly. I'm no longer going there. You've lost my business and my family will no longer be going there either. Pathetic excuse of a business and especially employee's.
